I would like to thank Dwayne for his expertise. I used drain rescue twice for my property in Hamilton. The first time, the main sewer line was cleared, but I was notified of a larger repair that was needed. I admittedly let this go too long, and second time the problem happened, I needed the repair initially recommended. Lessons learned: Just because you can get by without a large repair for a short time, does not mean that it is not required! Trust the experience. Dwayne, thanks again, you got me out of a pickle in a very short time frame.

Very expensive repairs required on an 1895 home. Full lateral reconstruction from home to city line, of collapsed clay pipes. Hard working team, with lots of hours put in. I wish I didn't need the work, and that it didn't require such a financial investment, but the work was professionally done and done quickly. Good team.

Prompt and courteous. Misleading initial quote which made me choose their bid. The strategy was to clear one section of pipe, then call for an inspection of the rest of the pipe, and tell me that needed to be fixed too. While the initial quote was lower than other estimates, by breaking the job up the way it was done, the result is that their service is very expensive. It was not as above-board as it could have been, and I feel I overpaid.
