Katie, the hygienist, is incredibly gentle and thorough, and always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Nguyen is just as fantastic—kind, patient, and clearly committed to making the experience as stress-free as possible.What really stands out is his level of care. He consistently checks in during procedures, explains everything clearly, and goes out of his way to make sure you feel at ease. I’ve never had a dentist personally call the day after a procedure, even after something as routine as a filling, to see how I was doing—that level of follow-up really speaks volumes.

“This place is fantastic! I had terrible pain in one of my molars but didn't have a dentist to go to. Dr. D’Souza saw me one hour after I called, did an assessment, and scheduled me in the next day to do the required root canal. Procedure went well and I was only a little sore for a couple hours after, which was much better than my previous root canal at another office years ago. This office showed a level of care and empathy that I've never experienced at a dentist's office before. I was nervous, anxious (like most people having to go to a dentist), and obviously in a lot of pain, and the way Dr. D’Souza conducted herself made it clear that it mattered to her that I was properly taken care of and pain free asap. Every member of the team I interacted with was not just a top level professional, they all also just seemed like genuinely good people that wanted to help me.
