The hygienist was incredibly gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything step by step. I really appreciated how they didn’t rush the appointment and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth have never felt this clean before — it was a noticeable difference right away.

They also gave great advice on at-home care without being pushy or judgmental, which I really respect. You can tell they genuinely care about long-term dental health, not just the appointment itself.

“This place is fantastic! I had terrible pain in one of my molars but didn't have a dentist to go to. Dr. D’Souza saw me one hour after I called, did an assessment, and scheduled me in the next day to do the required root canal. Procedure went well and I was only a little sore for a couple hours after, which was much better than my previous root canal at another office years ago. This office showed a level of care and empathy that I've never experienced at a dentist's office before. I was nervous, anxious (like most people having to go to a dentist), and obviously in a lot of pain, and the way Dr. D’Souza conducted herself made it clear that it mattered to her that I was properly taken care of and pain free asap.
