Dave's Automotive is an older mechanic shop known for its affordable services and trustworthy reputation. It often has many cars parked outside, making parking a challenge for customers needing inspections. Patience is required, as the shop can be busy and may not accommodate those in a hurry. Customers appreciate the honesty and expertise of the technicians, who are skilled at diagnosing problems. One customer noted significant savings when the team identified a coolant leak and provided a cost-effective solution. Overall, Dave's Automotive is praised for its integrity and quality service, but it is recommended to book appointments in advance due to high demand.
I’ve been taking my car to Dave’s Automotive for a while now and have always had a great experience. The service is excellent, the prices are fair, and I really appreciate that they only recommend and do the work that is actually needed. They’re always very busy, which honestly says a lot about how trusted they are. Definitely recommend them!
First time customer
Great service honest efficient and explained everything so I could understand
Now he is my regular doctor for my car.
His team were polite and respectful
Dave is extremely honest and extremely fair with pricing. He will tell you what you actually need done versus what other mechanics try to tell you and upsell you on.
I compared some mechanics quotes in the area to Dave's and the pricing at Dave's was the best option.
I highly recommend you go here even if you're shopping around for quotes. Dave is quite old school but he is the embodiment of a classic hardworking local that we used to see.
