Crystal Clean Services, owned by April and Kevin, is a highly professional and customer-oriented business. They recently cleaned the basement carpets of a client, which had deep stains. While they couldn't remove all the stains, the remaining ones were much less noticeable. Unfortunately, the client experienced a strong cat urine odor in one of the rooms after the cleaning. Promptly, the owners returned and treated the affected areas with a special cleaner/deodorizer, leaving the carpets in much better condition. The client expressed gratitude for the amazing job and would highly recommend Crystal Clean Services to anyone.
Recently used their services and they did an amazing job! They completely transformed our couches and carpet. They removed all the dog hair, drool marks, food stains, and even marker spots. Everything looks like new again! The whole job was done in about 2 hours, the cleaning products weren’t harsh, and they were safe for our pets and child. Super professional, on time, quick, and friendly service. We’d highly recommend them definitely a 5-star experience!
Ken and Brayden came to clean for us
They did two sets of stairs, our sofas, our small carpets, they worked hard and were done in about an hour and a half! it turned out very nice!

Ken and Brayden were very friendly, experienced and did a fantastic job on my area rug. It has been stained due to my cat being sick. My attempts had failed miserably (just spread the stain), now it looks brand new. I would highly recommend their services especially for pet owners. I couldn’t believe how much hair my vacuum was missing.
