The technicians were on time, polite and professional. Wore booties over their boots and put down mats to protect the hardwood floors. They explained what they were going to do and their findings as well as answered any questions that we had. We would use this service again.Services: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
The technician was very professional. He explained exactly what he would do and not do, and asked for permission to go ahead. His work was very neatly done. He communicated very clearly and in a personable manner.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
I had a great experience with Stephen. While getting a new furnace installed from Shiptons we decided to get the vents cleaned. Stephen was punctual and took his time explaining the process. He was also understanding when I wanted to be present in certain rooms. He worked hard while he was here - I’ve already recommended him to a couple friends!
