Jay is an exceptional physiotherapist, and our experience at Charlton Physio & Wellness has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, he showed remarkable patience, kindness, and genuine care. It is very clear that he loves what he does and is deeply committed to helping his patients feel better.
He takes his time, listens carefully, and explains everything in a very calm and professional way. What truly stood out is how much effort he puts into every step of the session. He goes above and beyond not just doing his job, but truly caring about the person in front of him. You feel safe, supported, and respected the entire time.
I went in for neck and lower back pain. I was immediately welcomed and scheduled in. All the staff are competent and so kind! The facility is clean and stacked full of whatever you may need for physical therapy needs. I was shown exercises before receiving electrotherapy. This medley of techniques was extremely effective as the pain has subsided completely!!! I am extremely grateful for the work of Dr. Kanu Nakum and his team!!
