After not being very pleased with a service I received, I am very pleased with the customer care I received when it was brought to their attention. They were for polite and professional and quick to rectify the issue.
I did lots of research before taking my daughter here to get her ears pierced. I work in healthcare and have high standards for cleanliness. The place was very clean and most of all I am thrilled with the service we received! We actually made several visits because my 5 year old daughter was very nervous and made several attempts. All of the staff were wonderful but it was Debbie and Margaret who went above and beyond to get the job done. They were so patient and kind and professional. I don't think we would have been able to get her ears pierced anywhere else. I am beyond grateful for the service we received today!
I just went in for a navel piercing with Antonella. She was so friendly and professional. She made the appointment feel so light and natural. I felt so comfortable. She was knowledgeable about everything I asked her, and it did not hurt at all:) ❤️
