EDITED TO ADD: These guys obviously really care about what they do, and making sure their customers are happy. Thank you for your response and for reaching out to see what could be done to fix the issues. I'm increasing the rating we initially gave; although there was nothing we could really get them to do, they showed that they were willing to make things right and that's really what counts. Class acts!They seem like great guys, came on time and finished up when they said they would. However, the resulting work was not satisfactory. We hired them for deck post holes. I had the pleasure to deal with Spencer and his crew this morning, they arrived on time and started right away. They answered all the questions I had and provide suggestions on how they could arrange posts. They were professional from start to finish, cleaned up their working area before leaving and completed the job as expected. I had 16 6x6x10 posts installed. Thank you again Spencer and team.
