I had great shopping experience there in the store Yesterday(July 22, 2021), I called store prior my visit to make sure the store is open, the lady answered the phone was very friendly, made me feel welcomed :-). I was looking for perm product in the store which I am not familiar with, the staff there (casher) was very patience, explained each product, and also provided suggestion, I took her advice, picked 'Soft' one that I didn't use before, and the result turned out I really like when I did perm at home last night :-)I like this product 'Acclaim - Soft', it is mild and doesn't have strong smell, and price is also good compare I purchased similar product on Amazon.Thanks!

Had an amazing experience yesterday. I wasn’t able to make it to the store until after hours due to my work schedule and an employee (Anaya, I might be spelling it wrong so I apologize if I am!) actually stayed an hour after close to be able to serve me.. I was blown away by this and by the friendly service that I received! This will definitely be my new go to place for all things to do with hair! Thank you guys so much!!

Since I'm in this plaza every day it is inevitable that I found my way to this special store. They offer a myriad of products for your hair over and above anything you can find at Shoppers or Sephora. Shampoos, conditioners, hair sprays, accessories, specialty products and high-end professional brand names at reasonable prices. Staff are engaging, informative and most importantly friendly!
