Awesome service! Our A/C was not working, so we called Bazik’s HVAC and they were able to come over quickly to diagnose the situation. Kyle was professional and gave a clear diagnosis and recommendations.
Our gas fireplace is 26 years old. We've had problems with it from the beginning and had a variety of companies work on it, with success for short periods of time, but never more than for 2 years. From the beginning, most companies recommended replacing it. Six years ago, we were told parts for it were no longer available; we had no choice but to replace it and the cost would be $5,000.00 or more. We contacted Kyle at Bazik's HVAC who gave us options; we could replace it, or he could rebuild it for $1,500.00 and it would be as good as new. He explained the pros and cons and we decided to rebuild it. He did a great job and we haven't had a problem since. When our pool heater wouldn't start last summer, we didn't hesitate to contact Kyle. After servicing it right away, it has worked great ever since. We will contact Bazik HVAC without hesitation in the future for regular maintenance on our furnace, air conditioner and pool heater and we recommend him highly.
He is extremely diligent and reliable. Very nice gentleman as well. Thank you Kyle!
