Our 16 year old, toothless, 10lb Shitzapoo, Grand Doggy, Gus, was in desperate need of a face and ear trim. He had been “fired” from his previous groomer because he hated being groomed and fought them like a Pit Bull. We had sedated him with Vet provided pills to calm him down. The staff here tried to trim his face but he fought like crazy. They said they were sorry but they couldn't do it. They really felt sorry for him because they knew he was so uncomfortable with the matted hair on his face and ears. Katrina decided she had to try to help him. It took 3 of us to hold him. Called to bring my dog in for nail cut right before closing time .happy they were able to do it .very good service and friendly team, great service fees and definitely looking forward to going back.

The staff are angels. We have 2 very dramatic little dogs Gaupo and Chica that have been getting their nails done for years at Animazing. We're unable to cut their nails at home, and the ladies always can get them cut, the staff are patient, calm, understanding and gentle.
