Sima communicated well, saw the problem (bees behind the siding) and went about fixing the issue but also educating us on what to look for. Roofers discovered a colony of carpenter ants when working on our garage roof. This was on a Sunday and I was worried that the extermination process would slow up the roof work.
Sima came within hours. She did an inspection, diagnosedvthebproblem and treated the area. She advised us to watch the area for a few days and that before the area was closed up, she would return for a second treatment.
