Every time we flushed the toilet upstairs the downstairs kitchen sink would gurgle. I figured out it was the air vent so I got up on the roof with a large snake to (hopefully} clear it. Things did not go as planned. I managed to get the plug or whatever was blocking it to fall down the pipe a ways but when I flushed to check the gurgle the sink now filled up with dirty water. I tried snaking the kitchen sink about five times but wasn't getting anywhere. This was at about 4:30 p.m. On a Friday afternoon I had Rescue Rooter to the house a few years back when I had a blockage and it did a great job so I called them again. We had Steve in today to fix my husbands oops ! My husband tried to change the dripping outside tap He broke it Water pouring all over the laundry room So I called Rescue Rooter friendly person answered the phone said someone would be there between 1-3 Steve showed up around 1:00 Made my husband laugh on his birthday Thank you Wine up the next day to no hot water My husband did not recheck the hot water heater after his plumbing miss hap I called Rescue Rooter 7:00 am this morning the gentleman that answered said he would send Steve back after his first appointment Steve showed up happy... read full review
