New to this area and the first time my minivan has let me down. Wouldn't start one day so I put a battery charger on it. Left it overnight. Still wouldn't start and so convinced it must be the starter that I purchased one on Amazon. When calling repair shops in the area, I was told that in 2 or 3 weeks they could look at it. I was very impressed with Eddie on the phone discussing how soon he could attend to this problem. A few days later a tow truck delivered this van and Eddie's mechanic took a look at it and repaired it with a new battery in a matter of moments.
