We had rotted wood under new window. Christian was able to take out our vinyl trim and explained how to treat mould and prime. I did exactly what he told me and worked perfect. Thank you so much to Christian and I will for sure discuss futute reno with him next time.
Christian and his team were incredibly efficient and thorough with regards to remediating several issues that were found during a home inspection for one of my listings. I will definitely work with them again.
We contacted WINMAR about a mold problem in our attic and were extremely impressed by their prompt response to our request for help. Christian Kennedy came and did the inspection for us. He was polite, courteous, and even asked about removing his shoes the first time he came to our house. Christian was like family in his concern and caring for our home and our well-being.
Professional, thorough, and highly informative, he assessed our situation, explained his findings, and presented several options for our next steps. Luckily, it was a straightforward fix.
When WINMAR says that they “come through for you,” they really did for us.
