Huge shoutout to Ricardo at Willow Road Barber Shop!!!
I walked in incredibly frustrated and stressed after a franchise salon completely hacked my hairline. To make matters worse, I had a job interview the very next day and was worried about how I was going to look.
From the moment I sat down, Ricardo totally understood the situation and the stress I was under. He didn't just fix the damage flawlessly—he completely restored my confidence right before my job interview.
He felt so bad about the nightmare job the other place did that he actually refused to charge me for the fix-up.
