My experience here was pretty average for what you expect going to a Walmart Vision Centre. The wait was pretty long, especially considering I was the only patient I ever saw come or go from the store. The optometrist was pretty thorough and helpful. However, I found the assistant to be very aggressive about selling me some frames immediately following my appointment. They don't have the greatest selection of frames there, and because I am not from Guelph and was staying at a treatment facility, I had to purchase frames from where they directed me.

Went to fix my glasses. Darshan and Gurpreet were so nice and knowledgeable about all thier products. Accommodated our eye exam appointments for next week. Thanks for the great service.

A few months ago I was using a gift card on this location. The cashier made a mistake adding to the gift card value so we ended up paying more instead of less. Fortunately I caught that before we left the store. The customer service was very helpful. She went to the cashier, took the gift card and solved the problem.
