I’ve been here a couple times now and I’ve been treated so well each time. I admittedly don’t know much about cars and as a young woman I’m always worried I’ll be taken advantage of, but the staff at Vinnie’s never make me feel stupid. They always take the time to answer all my questions and explain things in an easy to understand, non-condescending way. They have even shown me how to do maintenance on my own vehicle. They also have dogs! If you’re a girl that doesn’t like mechanics this is the spot to go! I’ll be a life long customer for sure.

Will forever be a customer! Today was my first time at vinnies and I will be going back for all my car needs! Needed exhaust work and wasn't sure what else ASAP and vinnies had me in and out right away! They were quick, fair priced great quality of work and customer service was amazing!

Amazing customer service!!As a young female it can be very intimidating bringing your car into a garage, but I have never felt better then Connie’s. The customer service is truly unmatched and I know that I can trust my car with them. I have never felt taken advantage of and they actually take the time to explain things to you so that you’ll understand!Even if I move out of Guelph I would bring my car here for as long as possible!
