Very happy with their friendly service. The shop and their process are no frills and super efficient, which I really appreciated. My laptop had a short circuit that was causing a keyboard button to be super hot (even when the laptop was off) and the battery to drain as a result. I had my laptop back 24 hours later with a normal button and no more battery drain. Their pricing was completely reasonable too. Thanks guys!
I took my daughter's computer in to be checked out as it wasn't staying on and the screen was flashing. Within 2 days I got a call that it was ready to be picked up. We were very pleased with the customer service and the cost. We will absolutely be repeat customers if we need help in the future. Thanks SNR Guelph!!!
