We had Sambor replace some cedar shakes on the front of our house around a bedroom window. Paulo came out and provided us with samples and an estimate. The whole process was very easy. They attended and did a great job. They had some material left over and added an accent piece - fantastic. I was really impressed. Everything from the initial contact over email to the final installation was top notch. We will definitely use Sambor for any future needs.

His siding team did an amazing job, going beyond what was needed, added fixes on the spot and always left the place clean from debris, every day. I contacted Sambor Roofing for a repair service. Devin Vigh was the sales representative. An estimate was provided and the roof was repaired. I was not very happy with the repair as the chalking work was untidy. I contacted Devin and he promptly came by and agreed the work was not up to standard. He agreed to repair and tidy up the chalking. I was very impressed at his response. Instead of trying to shirk off responsibility he took ownership. Subsequently the roof was repaired to my satisfaction. This mindset speaks alot about the company policy.
