Simon has been maintaining our hot water heating system boiler annually for a number of years. He's personable and knowledgeable. When we had recent issues arise during the winter / spring, he took time to explain in layman's terms the problem, the options, and the recommended parts and repairs.

We could not be happier with our recent experience with Oosterveld! Our furnace was rendered inoperable by the failure of a nearby leaking water heater(Reliance rental) and Oosterveld was there for us in a crisis...no heat nor hot water in February! We have been using Oosterveld for about a year. They always provide a great service, punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is that they are a one stop shop for a lot of home services. From yearly maintenance to duct installation. We will definitely be long time clients.
