I’m disappointed with how my experience ended. I booked with one of their recommended nail technicians. Before my appointment, I specifically asked how much the nails would cost and was told $120. The receptionist also advised me to confirm with the nail technician on the day of my appointment, which I did. The nail technician also confirmed the price was $120 before starting the service.
The appointment ended up taking around 4 hours instead of the expected 2 hours. Although I appreciated the time and effort the technician put into my nails, I was surprised after the service when the price was increased. My concern was not the small difference in amount, but that… read full review

This was my second visit, and I definitely recommend booking with Kate for a pedicure. She took her time, never made the appointment feel rushed, and made sure I felt relaxed and well cared for. The massage was especially thoughtful—she noticed tension in my calves and feet from wearing heels and focused on those areas without me even having to ask.
Kate was also very meticulous with trimming, filing, and checking around my toenails, including any areas that could become ingrown.
