Fast and efficient work! Connor in the office who took the call this morning was pleasant and accommodating. The plumber showed up exactly when Connor said he would and got to work right away (we have had other experiences where the tradesperson either showed up hours late or not at all with no communication). Cayden, the plumber, was very pleasant, reliable, knowledgeable and a great person to have in the house doing the work. When the job was finished he cleaned everything right up and left it as good as new. Awesome experience all around!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience using Jaytech Plumbing. We had a problem with our water softener, which had stopped working. A technician was sent out and ran a few tests, only to realize the softener electronics had frozen and needed a restart. He quickly got it working again, and didn’t charge us for the house call, as he didn’t think he did much “work”. Very kind and honest. We will certainly be using Jaytech in the future for any real plumbing problems. A very trustworthy and standup company in Guelph!
