- food is as bland as possible but they do have vegetarian/gluten free options- meat is often under cooked / still pink- chocolate milk fountain is awesome- ‘clean’ dishes are sometimes still visibly dirty- dead bugs everywhere (flies usually)- ‘clean’ towels are sometimes visibly dirty or have holes- towels are tiny - i am 5’4” and 105lbs and they are too small for me. i cant even wrap my hair in them. cant imagine how many you’d have to use as a fully grown adult let alone a plus sized person- nice gym with equipment but small for the amount of people here (especially considering its hours) + massage chairs- some helpful classes - though it’s really...read full review

Homewood was great when I was there for the addictions program it really helped and I had a lot of fun i removed 1 star from the rating though because my wife went to homewood for the program right before mine and somehow managed to have an affair to have a man in her room and be together intimately and none of the staff did anything I found out years later but i will always be upset that they let that happen

I am a Female Canadian Veteran and very strong and the biggest problem here is there is too much therapy in a shortest amount of time, 2 months which normally would be 2 yrs of therapy anywhere else, it overwhelms the mind and can be devistating for alot of people, I was overloaded by the 6th week and became almost comatosed they couldnt wake me for several minutes. Which usually is too much memory overload reliving for most people, it has to be alot more carefully done, you also take in other peoples traumas during process groups which is extremely draining as well.
