This is my second time of buying house. I really loved the job done by the first inspector as he has shown me a lot of details that I did not know as a first time home buyer.However, that experience has remained in the shadow of Mike's performance. He went through literally everything from small to micro. Hi review and report was meticulous. In the report, for every issue there was pictures to remind you the issues, their priority level and suggested actions.I am pretty impressed with his work.

I highly recommend Mike. My wife and I hired him for 2 home inspections. On the first he noticed some really large issues that saved us from potential high expenses down the road. He's very professional and his attention to detail is remarkable. He was able to break down all manner of home problems in an easy to understand way. He also highlights issues that need to be addressed immediately while providing some advice for future problems that may arise.
