Very friendly staff. Variety of products. Lots of top designer brands of glasses & sunglasses to choose from. Dr. Simpson is very knowledgeable & thorough. The Optician Debbie was very helpful, patient, & knowledgeable. I recommend them for eye exams, sunglasses, contacts, & glasses.
I always dread going to the optometrist because I'm very sensitive about my eyes (and I'm a huge baby about eyedrops), but Dr. Brown is so friendly, kind, and gentle, she always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She cares so much about her patients, as do the rest of the staff. Recently, when I had trouble adjusting to my new prescription, they gave me a recheck and replaced the lenses at no charge. It was unfortunate timing as I was graduating in less than 2 weeks and moving out of the country less than a week after, and the wait time for the glasses was estimated at 2-3 weeks. Dr. Brown has been our family optometrist for many years. If we have ever had a family emergency or require an urgent assessment she has always accommodated our needs. Her diagnosis and referral process is next to none. I would recommend her to anyone requiring an amazing practitioner.
