We took our cat in to Guelph Animal Hospital as she had a cut on her face and infection in her paw. Dr. Joey thoroughly examined her, quickly confirmed through analysis the type of infection and discovered a couple of additional concerns that we were not aware of. She suggested we delay a booster until the infections were taken care of. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of this first appointment and look forward to the follow up.
I have been taking my large breed dog to Guelph Animal Hospital for regular check ups and shots for about 5 years. We recently had a scare and needed to rush her in for an emergency visit because of severe bleeding from her mouth. The staff was very calm and reassuring, took her in immediately and dealt with the issue promptly and professionally. They checked in on her recovery via text over the following 2-3 days.
Had a great annual visit for my highly anxious dog. Dr. Palmer and the rest of the team were wonderful, patient and understanding. Very happy I switched to this vet clinic.
