The presentation of the urn, ? print and certificate was very thoughtful and much appreciated during this difficult time.
We had to put our dog down at the emergency vet, so they were the ones who helped us with the options for cremation. Pretty happy with the way the urn turned out. Dates from when she was born to the day she passed and her name was engraved as well. The paw print is just a little too perfect, at first it made me think it was not my dogs paw print. She had fur covering her entire paw so maybe it was shaved beforehand. My dogs ashes came just under a week, which was not expected. Very happy with the fast service. I’m glad I got this done, my pup will always be here in spirit. The cremation certificate was really nice too. It shows my dogs name and the date she was cremated....read full review
We have used Gateway since 2012 when our Jack Russell passed. Sadly, our beagle and cat passed away at end of 2023, but gateway made beautiful memorial pieces exactly how we wanted. Staff when picking up was kind and thoughtful.Thank you for making a difficult sad time a comforting and professional experience.
