I noticed my phone starting to separate at the corner and soon realized my battery had started swelling. With safety concerns in mind, I went to three different mobile repair places to source an expedited fix. With my phone being over 3 years old, a new battery needed to be shipped in from elsewhere.
Of the three places I went to, Future Tech offered the quickest fix. They had the battery shipped in to the store the next day and repaired within 30 minutes. Competitors suggested it would take almost a week to get a new battery in. Future Tech also had the best price of all 3 stores. Very happy with their services.
My phone charging port wasn’t working. I brought it here for a diagnostic, which was free. 30 minutes later after a cleaning, I was on my way with a phone that charges perfectly now. Recommend!
My phone was being finicky about charging but I wasn’t due for a new one yet and facing huge penalties from Bell to buy one early. The gentleman in the Future Tech store cleaned out the charging port for me and it’s working properly again. He wouldn’t accept payment either. Made my day!
