That's why I was surprised to run into an issue with my most recent order in terms of the expected delivery time. I will say though that the owner rectified this in a very quick timeline, was responsive on the phone and went above and beyond to complete the order with some special extras added. This demonstrated SUPERB customer service. Mistakes happen.
