I recently had a need for a small piece of carpet and popped in to Ferra Flooring to ask for help. The gentleman (I don’t remember his name!) was so helpful and kind, found a piece that suited my needs, carried it out to my car - all with a smile :-) I appreciate local businesses like this that offer great product and very friendly service. I’ll be back to buy from Ferra in the future ?

This is the second time I have purchased Ferra Flooring Carpet in the past 2 years. Once for LVT Click Flooring and now for carpet and I love them both. Aaron and his team went above and beyond to help me select the right product and the installation went very smoothly. I have referred friends and neighbours and highly recommend them.
