Our furnace stopped working in one of our rental properties earlier this week. Right in the middle of a harsh winter. We were originally quoted a surprisingly high price by a well-known company, so we decided to get a second opinion. Essential Heating came out the very same evening to take a look.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Our furnace broke overnight and we called at noon and by 3pm they were already at our home installing a brand new furnace — incredible response time. The pricing was excellent, the workmanship was clean and professional, and they left everything tidy. Highly recommend this company if you want fast, honest, quality service. They will be the first I will call in the future!
