“My basement got semi flooded during Christmas and the whole entire basement floor has to be redone. It took Service Master a while before they get back to me but I decided to go with them and it was the right call. The packing team packed my stuff (Tammy, Cheryl, Steve and Brayden) very carefully and with care. Service master also did a great job with our baseboards afterward and unpacking all our stuffs. Great company, 5/5.“

They took time to hear my concerns, fix things that happened along the way or that needed Some extra attention, we had some ups and downs with the flooring, but these guys made sure everything was done properly so that I was happy! Rea, was Great at keeping me in the loop with daily schedules and any concerns I brought to him he assured me they would be taken care of! A couple of the crew members who I now consider friends, came in my home and how they handled everything from the rip out and packing my contents to cleaning and unpacking my contents was all done very professionally!
I had the pleasure of connecting with Tiffany, She went above and beyond, she made sure I was happy every step of the Way, and her attention to detail while she’s cleaning was impeccable,
I also got to know Joel, he works hard, he always had a smile on his face and made me laugh through those crazy days, Tex was another fantastic crew member who came in here so professionally and went above what he had to do to make sure I was happy! I only got to meet Trevor once, but he came here smiling To take on the task that day, and I appreciated it!There’s so many people I could shout out to, but all in all every crewmember that stepped in this home, greeting me with a smile and respect and treated my property as if it was their own!
