“I had an excellent experience with the Eduardo and Martha SERVPRO team after our basement flood.

They worked tirelessly for approximately 13 hours straight and completed the removal of all the damaged materials in a single day. Once the demolition was finished, they immediately installed fans and dehumidifiers to begin drying the basement.

The entire team was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They answered all of my questions, addressed every concern I had, and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with.

“First On Site handled my recent flood! From the beginning, meeting Josh, he was very helpful knowledgable every step of the way, each crewmember that came in and out of my home was respectful, kind, and caring for my property,
They took time to hear my concerns, fix things that happened along the way or that needed Some extra attention, we had some ups and downs with the flooring, but these guys made sure everything was done properly so that I was happy! Rea, was Great at keeping me in the loop with daily schedules and any concerns I brought to him he assured me they would be taken care of!
