We bought our first Culligan water softener in 2011 which gave us 14 years of trouble free service, so it was an easy decision to replace it with the current version and anticipate another 14 years or more of trouble free use. Any time we have had dealings with sales people or service people the have been knowledgeable and friendly.
The gentleman the installed it was very nice and fast. I was home with my three kids and he moved stuff out of the way for me as well as took pictures of the job he did so i didn't have to go down and see it to check before he left. iI was great. He even came to greet the little ones. As well as he came at a good time of day. Also the people i spoke with on the phone to set everything up made the experience super fast and convenient
My water softener broke down. I called Culligan, their representative Ron came by my house the same day, was able to shut down my broken water softener. That was on a Thursday and on Monday morning they came to install my new equipment take the old one away. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently and easily. Thank you.
