Side note, I purchased some tile that was difficult to get. All other places couldn't get it and didn't even try. Alex here went out of his way for even a small order, and helped me get extra tile in a rush. I really appreciate that because normally business don't help this much anymore. We had Kim helped us during our bathroom renovation. The blue is the before and the green is the after. She was so patient while my husband and I were choosing the tiles for the floor, slab and the niche. Kim was an amazing help! Not only did she communicate well, and help us with all of our choices - but she was beyond nice to our toddler. Every parent knows that shopping with a young kid is hard, and Kim made such an effort to make her feel special (which gave us the extra shopping minutes we needed).
