We had Kim helped us during our bathroom renovation. The blue is the before and the green is the after. She was so patient while my husband and I were choosing the tiles for the floor, slab and the niche. Kim was an amazing help! Not only did she communicate well, and help us with all of our choices - but she was beyond nice to our toddler. Every parent knows that shopping with a young kid is hard, and Kim made such an effort to make her feel special (which gave us the extra shopping minutes we needed).
