Upon my arrival, I was greeted by at least five employees who kindly inquired if I required any assistance. The gentleman who ultimately assisted me was named Alex, and he dedicated a considerable amount of time to discussing and explaining various laptops before I made a purchase. He exhibited remarkable patience and thoroughly addressed all of my inquiries. Although I had a particular laptop in mind, I was working within a budget.
