They are better than any other optical shop..like Lenscrafter etc..they have the same professional people who knows a lot and knows how to use your insurance benefits for you to get the glasses that really suit you...compared with Lenscrafter who always change people...here in Apps Optical they are very experienced and knows well their field..
I was so happy that they were able to book an eye appointment on short notice. I called Thursday late afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Friday morning.Service is absolutely awesome. Everyone is super friendly and professional. The optometrist explained in great detail what he was checking for and what he saw.I would definitely consider getting my next glasses here.
I’ve been going to apps optical since I could walk because of my parents. Once I had to get glasses I was going to Dave. He is absolutely amazing. He is now retired but I couldn’t be happier that Neary took over! She is kind, remembers me and my family and helps us out whenever we need it. I love Dave and Neary and won’t go anywhere else for my glasses! I highly highly recommend. If I could give 10000 stars I would!
