Yesterday we had a technician (Paul) come to our home to take a look at our dryer which is over 20 years old. I was worried that we would have to purchase a new dryer ....something I did not want to have to do. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient with answering our questions and putting up with our dog who is super friendly.
