Anne then launched in with a rejuvenating head wash followed by new star quality haircut — Anne is friendly, and a seasoned hair artist . Jocelyn is the best hair stylist, colourist, etc. EVER. I’ve seen her for over 5 years and when I first saw her, she understood my hair maintenance level (none) and my need for shaping. She recommended a balayage and now I see her a couple times a year for a touch up, but that’s really all that’s needed. People compliment me on it often and ask if it’s fresh.
