Staff are friendly and service is great. The only problem I have is, every time I go there, they charged me different price for the same procedures which is shellac manicure and pedicure. The sign says $70. I am a regular customer. Some days I am being charged $75, sometimes $70 or $80. I don’t normally question them, but today I did. Apparently, I was being charged $5 extra because they have to take off my old shellac (which I had it done there as well) and put a new one. How can they put a new one if they don’t take it off? Always come here to get my nails done. I don't know why there are bad reviews but every time I have gone here in the past year I have never had a bad experience. Super nice salon with very friendly staff. I understand why some people may feel rushed but I think it just might be a bit of language barrier and I am always considerate to those situations. Overall they take their time to ensure you get what you want and if everything is okay for you. Prices are reasonable as well and hasn't gone up like how these other salons are like crazy! Been here a few times and its definitely hit or miss like most people are saying. Really depends on who you get.. last time I went the lady butchered my cuticles so badly they were bleeding and instead of apologizing she just quickly wiped them with rubbing alcohol. Not a fun experience at all definitely won’t be going back after that.
