Joe, our salesperson, was outstanding. He was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and went above and beyond by staying late on two separate occasions just to meet with us. There was never any pressure, only genuine effort to make sure everything was handled properly and transparently.

We were so absolutely lucky to end up in Grimsby Kia. The whole team made a real effort to help us, and because of that, we got home safelly. big, big, big shout out to Chris and all his thpughtfull a nd caring team .

I had a wonderful experience with this Kia dealer. I had a flat tire on the road on my way to Niagara and CAA dropped the car at this location, which was the closest. When we got there the service area was already closed but the team was so nice to us, they did everything they could to help us get a temporary tire so we could get back to Toronto safely. I really appreciate all the effort and the help. God bless Jack, Chris and his team! I wish you all the success! Super recommend this pleace, they truly care about their customers!
