This whole experience has been great and reinforces the good memories of previous work done by Bath Fitter in my home in Welland many years ago. Installer Trevor was everything one could ask for: very pleasant personality, obviously highly skilled and conscientious,ensured that everything in the area was well-protected and left in good order, including thorough clean-up. WOW WHAT SERVICE AND QUICK! WE HAVE A RENTAL CONDO THAT WAS IN NEED OF A NEW BATHROOM. OUR USUAL PLUMBER SUGGESTED BATH FITTER JUST BECAUSE OF THE ODD SIZE OF THE UNIT, AND CONVENTIONAL MOULDS WOULD NOT WORK. WITHIN 3 WEEKS THE CONSULTANT VISITED AND AS OF TODAY ALL INSTALLED AND READY TO GO. TERRIFIC. OUR INSTALLER ROBERT M. WAS PLEASANT, ON TIME AND KEPT US INFORMED OF THE PROCESS AND SUGGESTED SOME ALTERNATIVES TO WHAT WAS ORDERED THAT WORKED EVEN BETTER! THANK YOU TO ROBERT M.
