“I am surprised that the reviews for VIP are not higher. I have used two lawn maintenance companies before VIP and it was a nightmare. What I got BEFORE, having to rake up large lawn clippings when the grass was thick, even though I paid extra for bagging, having mold filled grass bag left in my laneway from other customers for me to put out weekly, and a fertilizer trench left from front to back because unqualified staff were hired. What VIP has given me: excellent service, excellent communication, a wonderful lawn and understanding about pet concerns, no mold bags, no grass clippings, no grass blown into my gardens.
