I recently had my car serviced at Mitsubishi and I wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received from Jordan and Maryah. From my experience over the last 19 years they stand out as two of the best staff members I've encountered. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. It's great to see Mitsubishi with such valuable assets on their team

I got to got to go to a unique service from Sudbury Mitsubishi tonight. It was a free service called, "Get to know your car night". It was well worth the time. We learned all the safety features on the car as well as many things that would lengthen the life of the car. Additionally, we learned how to save money on servicing our car. I am 60 and have had about a dozen cars in my lifetime. I learned things tonight about car maintenance I have never been told. I give this service a 5/5. Thanks for dinner and a worth while customer service practice that will keep me coming back. Melody
