I arrived here the other day for back pain, it was a little busy but it was fast enough... So much better than hours at emerg.
I was seen by Dr. Graff. She was friendly and thorough, she sent me for an x-ray. So glad I chose to go here.
People are kind and I like the doctors, they are very helpful. But it is consistently the slowest clinic I’ve ever been to. It feels like every time I come here I’m stuck in the waiting room for 2 hours. I don’t know what the solution…hope my review is taken in charity.
From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was treated with the upmost care by everyone (They have an amazing receptionist) The wait time to be seen was not long (I recommend getting there early when they first open). The receptionist takes everyone's temperature before they are seated in the waiting room which in my opinion is excellent ?. I am happy my family doctor is affiliated with this clinic located on Bancroft drive
