We had our livingroom floor resanded and stained and varnished by this company. The young men were very promp and courteous and gladly answered all of our questions with ease. Also very reasonably priced.
Skylar gave us a play by play of what he was doing, so we knew exactly what to expect. I thought the sanding process would be very messy and dirty, but to my surprise it was not at all what I expected. Very minimal dust from sanding .I got to choose a mixture of 2 stains together to get the look I wanted on my floor and 3 topcoats of waterbased varnish finished off my gorgeous floors. We are so happy we kept our beautiful hardwood floors and now they are new again.
I would highly recommend Precision Hardwood & Distributing for any flooring or carpentary work that you need done. Always on time, friendly, courteous, reasonably priced and very good at their job. Real professionals. They will definitely be my first call for our next home project.

Precision Hardwood did an amazing job on our floors. They were easy to work with, professional, and the results look fantastic. Our floors completely transformed the space. Highly recommended!
We are so incredibly happy with the work done in our home by Precision Hardwood! We had our Stairs and Railings renovated and they are absolutely perfect. We are so impressed by the care and craftsmanship that went into their work, we couldn’t find a flaw if we tried. They work extremely efficiently and left no messes. They even took the extra time to ensure the area was safe for our toddler during the process. They were very easy to work with from the very start, and helped us pick the perfect stain and set up for our home. Thank you guys so much, we are over the moon happy with your work!
