We had our livingroom floor resanded and stained and varnished by this company. The young men were very promp and courteous and gladly answered all of our questions with ease. Also very reasonably priced. Skylar gave us a play by play of what he was doing, so we knew exactly what to expect. I thought the sanding process would be very messy and dirty, but to my surprise it was not at all what I expected. Very minimal dust from sanding .I got to choose a mixture of 2 stains together to get the look I wanted on my floor and 3 topcoats of waterbased varnish finished off my gorgeous floors. We are so happy we kept our beautiful hardwood floors and now they are new again. I would highly recommend Precision Hardwood & Distributing for any flooring or carpentary work that you need done.
