Il never deal with these people again I pay them to do my taxes the lady says a day or two next thing it's been weeks but whatever I can deal with that but then mess up my taxes so I owe money to them ? Ok then no problem the thing that gets me is they can't even return a phone call or email to make this payment my word you people are a bunch of Clowns

I filed my taxes on this march and i havent received my money till now.The world income was not declared but when i called the h&r block they said to call cra.I tried calling cra also they said to contact h&r and now when i call h&r there is no answer and its closed.
I got a mail today that my marriage status hadnt been declared and document was incomplete which i declared while filing the taxes too.I dont know how the lady filed my tax.I filed my tax of 3 years together and they charged almost $300 and i havent received my money till now and this is too frustrating.
If someone can resolve this issue then it would be great.

Paid $150 to have absolutely nothing done. I was waiting about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and in there for maybe 20 minutes. They said I couldn’t complete my tax return because I had duplicate T4s, but I was able to get it done somewhere else just fine. It doesn’t make any sense why I was charged so much, What a complete waste of money. Very disappointed
