We had many questions about our ac system and she was able to answer all of them for us. We will definitely be calling Borts again next year for our yearly maintenance. 10/10 recommend.

We had a very positive experience with the technician and office staff determining why we were not getting hot water from our boiler system. The problem was diagnosed and the part ordered and hopefully will be installed over the next week or so. Thank you so much for the speedy dispatch .
