Terrible work. Had to get an architect involved to get Tarion to force them to keep the ceiling from falling down. Only 1 nail per truss, roof caving in, gaps between ceilings & walls, in floor heating electrical cords looked like bunched up x-mas lights. When contacting the modular home business we received a lawyer's cease & desist letter telling us they were taking us to court for $250,000. if we mentioned the company's name. Barne Builders' was started by their father & we were told his work was beyond reproach but his children & relatives who now operate this business have friends who do inspections etc. & work is certainly not commendable!
